- Phlippen Original Sauce
- 4 Giant Portobello Mushrooms
- Goat Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Green Bell Peppers
- Green Onion
- Minced Garlic
- Sea Salt
- Bacon
DIRECTIONS
- Rub the Portobello Mushroom's in some Olive Oil and Sea Salt
- Cook the Bacon to desired crisp level
- On a 350 degree Fahrenheit grill, place the Portobello Mushrooms upside down for approximately 8 minutes (or unit they're filled with water)
- Remove them from the grill & stuff with Chopped Green Peppers, Minced Garlic, Goat Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano & Bacon
- Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Place the Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms back onto the grill at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 20 minutes
- Remove from the grill & garnish with some chopped Green Onions & a Spoonful of Phlippens.
