Jay's fast & easy-to-make Phlippen Bolognese Sauce is the perfect meal for anyone who wants to whip up a meal that's not only fast, but full of Phlippen flavour.

- Phlippen Original
- Can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1lb Ground Pork
- 1 Cup Diced Pancetta
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- 2 Diced Garlic Cloves
- 1 Can of Ginger Ale
- Bay Leaves
- Red Chili Flakes
- Italian Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese
- Chicken Broth
DIRECTIONS
- Toss 1lb Ground Beef & 1lb Ground Pork into a frying pan & cook until it's brown & set aside.
- Using the same pan, add your Pancetta, Diced Onion, Diced Celery, Diced Carrots & Garlic to taste.
- Once Veggies and Pancetta are soft, add the Ground Meat back and de-glaze with the Ginger Ale.
- Once de-glazed, add the Can of Crushed Tomatoes, 4 tbsp of Phlippen Original & 2 Cups of Chicken Broth. Mix well.
- Once mixed & simmered for 15 minutes, add 2 Bay Leaves, Red Chili Flakes & Italian Seasoning. Mix well, again.
- Once mixed & simmered for 10 more minutes, add 1 Cup of Milk.
- Continue simmering for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Prep the pasta of your choice, spoon over your Phlippen Bolognese and add some Parmesan Cheese!
