Thanks to its four interchangeable blades (fine grater, medium grater, coarse grater and slicer), it can be used multifunctionally and prepare fruit and vegetables just as easily as hard cheese, nuts or chocolate.

This multi-purpose grater is incredibly efficient – thanks to its unique Z-Cut grating technology. The innovative blades are a result of our many years of expertise in knife and cutting technology. Thanks to their pre-cutting and two-way functionality, they make it particularly easy and effortless to turn food into bite-sized portions.

You can also easily prepare small foods and remainders. Simply insert them into the removable food attachment and start grating. And thanks to the built-in finger protection, there is no risk of injury to your hands. The food storage box can also be removed, which, with its rubberised base, also ensures a non-slip grip and better control when grating.
