Potato Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes 250 g
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 30 g
  • garlic clove 1
  • chives q.b.
  • seeds oil q.b.
  • sunflower seed oil 100 ml
  • salt 1 pinch
  • white vinegar 1 teaspoon

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes with a potato masher and add flour, salt, ail and pepper to it.
  2. Helping yourself with an ice cream ball maker, divide in small portions your mashed mix.
  3. Flatten the mix and fry in boiling oil.
  4. Blend all the ingredients of the mayonnaise, whipping it with the whisk tool.
  5. Serve the pancake piled up like coins. Garnish with chives and your freshly made mayonnaise.
