- sunflower seed oil 100 ml

DIRECTIONS
- Mash the boiled potatoes with a potato masher and add flour, salt, ail and pepper to it.
- Helping yourself with an ice cream ball maker, divide in small portions your mashed mix.
- Flatten the mix and fry in boiling oil.
- Blend all the ingredients of the mayonnaise, whipping it with the whisk tool.
- Serve the pancake piled up like coins. Garnish with chives and your freshly made mayonnaise.
